Yesterday, St. Paul Sears Manager Matt Rice told Tea Party organizers that all available spots in the Sears parking lot have been sold. The lot, which has parking for some 350 cars, sold out a full week in advance of the event, which is expected to bring thousands of protesters to the Capitol steps.
